Hi, I am Rebecca Million. I was born in Lousiana, MO as the youngest of four. I currently reside in Mexico, MO with my family of four. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful little girls. We enjoy hunting, camping, exploring the outdoors and really anything simple and fun! I received my bachelor of science degree majoring in Parks, Recreation and Land management at the University of Missouri -Columbia. Apparently that was my fun degree!      I found my true career path and later graduated from State Fair Community college with my associates in Dental Hygiene. I look forward to serving and getting to know you here at Gentle Healthy Smiles.


 
 
 
 
Brandy Holt
Dental Receptionist
Brandy has been a dental receptionist for Gentle Healthy Smiles since 2019.  She graduated from Moberly Area Community College with an Associate's Degree in Business and Office with a medical emphasis in 1994.  Her duties include scheduling appointments, filing insurance,  handling any insurance questions,  handling collections, and helping with financial payment options. Brandy is married to her husband, Jason, and has one son- Logan.
 
 
Lisa Skaggs
Office Manager
Lisa has been a dental receptionist for us since 1997. Lisa handles all front office duties. She will be the one scheduling your appointment, filing your insurance and handling any insurance questions you might have, handling collections, and helping with financial payment options. Jordan Garner
Dental Hygienist
​Jordan was born and raised in Vandalia, Missouri. She has been working in dentistry, as an assistant and hygienist, for 3 years. Jordan graduated from State Fair Community College with her associates in applied science for dental hygiene.

 
 
Tara Lewis
Dental Assistant
Tara has been a dental assistant since January of 1989. She graduated from Bryan Institute in St. Louis, MO in February of 1989.  She is certified in Dental Radiology and has completed the A.D.A. Accredited Basic Skills Mastery Examination to perform expanded functions within the dental practice.  Tara is married to her husband Brent and they have three beautiful daughters- Taylor, Gracey and Kelley. She also has one grandson, Chael.  Tara loves working in the dental field, helping people feel comfortable and confident.    Tara feels truly blessed to be where she is and doing what she does.  A smile is something beautiful that we can all share with one another. Tara loves helping people want to smile and feel good about themselves. 
 
 
Carla Burnett
Dental Assistant
Carla has been a Dental Assistant in our office since 1986. She is certified in Dental Radiology and has successfully completed the Dental Skills Mastery Examination to perform expanded functions within the dental practice.
Carla is married with two grown children and four grandchildren.


 
 
 
 
Shelby Luebrecht
Dental Assistant
Shelby has been a dental assistant for 3 years.  She lives on a farm outside Bowling Green, Missouri with her husband Damon. They have been married for 3 years.  Shelby enjoys being apart of the GHS team and is looking forward to many years here.  
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Shari Brewer
Dental Assistant
Shari has been a dental assistant for over 33 years.  She started in a private practice and was dentist-trained. After 11 years, Shari moved to corrections and was an assistant there for 16 years. In May of 2014, Shari moved back into private practice working for Gentle Healthy Smiles. In 1997, Shari completed the Academy for Advanced Radiographic Studies.  In 2003, Shari passed the Basic Skills Mastery Exam. Shari has completed expanded functions courses in placing fillings, crowns and bridges, as well as prosthetics.   Shari is dedicated to her work and enjoys working hard.  She feels this is where God wants her to be and has blessed her with a wonderful staff to work with.  She is a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Shari is married to Kenny and they have four children- Alyse (and Brandon), Scott (and Amanda), Alex (and his daughter Eva) and Adam.
 
 
Jamie Bergthold McCallum
Dental Assistant
​Jamie has been a certified dental assistant for over 15 years.  She graduated class president of Nichols Career Center Dental Assisting Program in Jefferson City, Missouri on May 31, 2001- during which she completed Expanded Functions training.  For 13 years, Jamie was employed by Dr. Bruce Garrett in Mexico, Missouri until his retirement. Jamie feels blessed every day for the opportunity that the Gentle Healthy Smiles team has given her to utilize and build on her current skills—focusing on patient confidence, confidence and quality dental care.  Jamie has been married to her husband Jeramie for 13 years. They enjoy hunting, fishing, canoeing, ATV riding, antiquing, home improvement projects and, most importantly, spending quality time with friends, family and their three dogs.  
 
 
MaKenzie Mudd
Dental Hygienist
Kenzie graduated from Missouri College in 2016 with her associate in applied science-dental hygiene. With extensive experience and training in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide, keeping her patients comfortable is one of her top priorities. She was born and raised in Vandalia and is passionate about giving back to the community she came from. Kenzie lives with her husband and two children in Olney, Mo and enjoys spending time outside with them, gardening, golfing, and reading.

Sam Ebers

Sam has been a dental assistant since 2017. She attended State Fair Community College and then a dental assistant program in Columbia, MO. Sam is married to her husband Steven and they have a beautiful daughter Presley. Sam loves working at GHS. She really enjoys the small town atmosphere and the relationships she is able to have with her patients.
